 Responsibilities

• Valets company fleet vehicles to highest possible standards.
• Participates in delivery, collection and movement of cars.
• Completes rental check-out / check-in formalities
• Handles customer enquiries and complaints in a professional, sympathetic and effective manner
• Checks cars for damage and missing items at end of rental.

Qualifications/experience required

• Previous employment in a customer contact / service industry position.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent telephone / customer contact skills.
• Must be aged over 21, with full clean driving licence.
