Collecting your car:
When collecting the car, you will be asked to provide your credit card and
a valid drivers license.
The rental price will include basic insurance and VAT. You will be asked
if you require any additional insurance cover.
To save you time and hassle, the car will be delivered with a full tank of
fuel. You will be charged for the fuel so, subsequently, you will not need
to fill the car when you return it.
You will be given a Rental Agreement to check and sign. This will show any
additional services and insurances you have asked for along with the
relevant costs.
You will be asked for to check the car for any damages and sign a Vehicle
Condition Report to confirm this.
Finally, you will be given your keys along with a copy of the Rental
Agreement and the Vehicle Condition Report.
Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of your car rental, and can be made using any
Avis accepted credit card*. Please check
with your Avis location in advance should you prefer to pay by cash.
